We will warranty all against defects in material or workmanship, non-clearance items, defects or failures for One Year Warranty from the date of purchase. If we determines the Product is defective, we will repair or replace the Product (part) at no charge.
We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any item that appears to be damaged by misuse, modification or repair.
This warranty does not cover:
Small cosmetic damage or damage that is beyond our control, abuse, or any modification to any part of the Product.
Damage due to improper operation or maintenance.
Attempted repair by anyone other than a trained technician of Medisale.
The warranty will void if the product's serial number has been altered or removed from it.
Our warranty and service can be applied via e-mail, telephone conversation, or Skype.

After the expiration of the warranty period we will provide service upon request.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:
You must ask for RMA number via e-mail BEFORE sending back the product.
The Product must be sent in its original packaging, or well packed against any delivery damages.
The shipment must be insured for its full value. Uninsured parcels are sent at YOUR RISK for loss or damage.
