Online Orders will be shipped by Air mail within 24-48 hours once an order is approved and payment is cleared, during normal business hours 8am - 5pm EST, Monday-Friday (excluding weekend & holiday). Average delivery days are 5-7 business days.
While we try to do our best at getting items out to you as soon as possible, please note that some times it may take longer. On occasion items may become back ordered. In most cases items are shipped out not late than within 2 weeks from the date the back ordered item was ordered. In the event that an item will be back ordered for a longer period of time, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Customa & Duties
When ordering goods for delivery overseas, you should be aware of possible import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they will be, as they vary widely from country to country. You are solely responsible for handling these expenses. Contact your local customs office for more info.

We do not ship to Post Office boxes
Whenever the status of your order changes, you will be able to check this online by logging into our website under "My Account" and then clicking on the "Orders" you will see the list of you orders and its current status.
The last status change will be that the order has been shipped (delivered).
Furthermore you will be able to tack your shipment by clicking on the shipment "View Details" to see your Tracking number.

These return guidelines must be followed in order to receive a refund:
1. Product must be in new, resaleable, unmarked condition and well packed.
2. A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) is always required. To obtain an RMA number, please call us using the CONTACT US form.
3. To ensure prompt return processing, please attach the original invoice the RMA number that you recieved from us before sending the return.
4. Please keep hold of all the original packaging. If you do not have all of the original packaging but wish to return goods within the money back guarantee period, all items must be placed in a sturdy cardboard box with appropriate packaging material to protect and stop the item moving around in order to prevent the item getting scratched or damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for any item that is damaged due to insufficient packaging, and your return and refund may be refused if the item is not packaged correctly.
This guarantee scheme excludes goods that are damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you please inform us as soon as possible, and at the latest within 7 days of receipt, with pictures taken before opening, and we will quickly replace the item or offer you a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund (usually within 3 business days of receipt).
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take 2-5 business days after your credit is applied to post to your account.
